Yogurt bowls are a quick and easy breakfast you can toss together as you’re running out the door. Not only are they delicious, but yogurt is filled with gut-healthy probiotics (depending on the brand you use) and a lot of the other ingredients I use tend to be high in fat, fiber and protein.
Here are a few of my favorite combinations:
Peanut Butter and Seed Skyr Yogurt
- Skyr yogurt
- Chia seeds
- Flaxseed meal
- Almonds
- Pumpkin seeds
- Walnuts
- Dried cranberries
- Small scoop of natural peanut butter
Pear and Walnut Skyr Yogurt
- Skyr yogurt
- Chia seeds
- Pear
- Nuts of your choosing (I have walnuts, almonds and pumpkin seeds)
- Dried cranberry (or other dried fruit)
- Topped with bee pollen
Berry and Coconut Flake Skyr Yogurt
- Skyr yogurt
- Chia seeds
- Strawberries
- Blackberries
- Gluten-free sprouted honey hemp granola
- Organic peanut butter
- Coconut flakes
