These Prosciutto and Pear Roll-Ups make the perfect hors d’oeuvres to impress your friends at dinner parties or just a yummy snack to make you feel fancy – AND they couldn’t be any easier to make.
Ingredients:
- Prosciutto
- Arugula
- Pears
- Goat Cheese
- Balsamic Drizzle
Instructions:
- Start by laying a piece of prosciutto flat
- On top of it stack a small cluster of arugula, a slice or two of pear, and sprinkle some goat cheese.
- Roll everything up (this may be the hardest part, so be patient and go slow)
- Drizzle with balsamic.
