Pesto and Prosciutto Flatbread

Really just on a healthy alternative kick for some of my not so healthy favorite foods lately…

Ingredients:

  • 7 sprouted whole grain flatzza crust
  • pesto
  • mini mozzarella balls
  • arugula
  • prosciutto
  • shaved parmesan
  • EVOO

Directions:

  • Spread pesto on crust
  • Layer on all toppings except arugula and shaved parm
  • Pop into oven and bake according to the Flatzza directions (I think it was something like 25 min at 350 degrees)
  • Take the ‘za out and layer on arugula with some EVOO
  • Put back in oven for another 5-10 min
  • Dress it up with the shaved parm to finish
