Really just on a healthy alternative kick for some of my not so healthy favorite foods lately…
Ingredients:
- 7 sprouted whole grain flatzza crust
- pesto
- mini mozzarella balls
- arugula
- prosciutto
- shaved parmesan
- EVOO
Directions:
- Spread pesto on crust
- Layer on all toppings except arugula and shaved parm
- Pop into oven and bake according to the Flatzza directions (I think it was something like 25 min at 350 degrees)
- Take the ‘za out and layer on arugula with some EVOO
- Put back in oven for another 5-10 min
- Dress it up with the shaved parm to finish
